Description[]
Shanxin visits everyone in the countryside. After an unfortunate incident, Bidiu eats something he shouldn't have and turns giant, become a danger to the girls.
Plot[]
After learning about each other’s stories, A-Gen and Xiaohei talk in the forest. A-Gen laughs in disbelief at the fact that Xiaohei entered Laojun’s mystic field, and the flower fairy mentions that they’re both pretty reckless. They also say that both Xiaohei and A-Gen have pretty unique powers.
Back at grandpa’s house, Shanxin calls Xiaobai and immediately appears outside. Apparently, she wants to meet Bidiu. Shanxin arrives with her cat, Huangshou, and brings a tennis ball to Bidiu. After eating it, Bidiu becomes green. A-Gen and Xiaohei quickly return home and greet Shanxin, who already knows A-Gen. Huangshou jumps towards them, and Xiaohei thinks Huang’s still in love with him, but Huang actually wanted to bite A-Gen. Meanwhile, without anyone noticing it, some spirits have followed them from the forest and into the house.
Shanxin continues giving Bidiu food and seeing him change colors. Xiaobai explains to her that Bidiu’s natural color is yellow, and he turns back into it five minutes after eating. Shanxin experiments and gives Bidiu food with stamps, turning him into many different colors. When A-Gen calls the girls to have lunch, Shanxin runs into the spirits from the forest. In order to remain hidden, the spirits turn themselves into shuttlecocks. The girls pack them up in a tube, thinking they’re real shuttlecocks.
While eating, A-Gen tells the girls that metals and animals would be poisonous for Bidiu, and tells them to be careful. The tube with the spirits falls down, and A-Gen realizes that some spirits must be inside of it. He decides to have fun with them, and proposed to play with the shuttlecocks after eating. Afterwards, A-Gen plays with Shanxin with the four shuttlecocks they had. Big Ji appears to challenge A-Gen in badminton, but misses all his shots and leaves. Once the game’s finished, A-Gen grabs one of the shuttlecocks and talks to it. The shuttlecock quickly turns into a spirit, and A-Gen tells it to never return to the house again, or he’ll keep them trapped otherwise. However, before the spirits get to leave, Bidiu eats one of the shuttlecocks. Once he realizes what’s happened, A-Gen gets scared. He grabs Bidiu and runs away with Xiaohei and Huangshou.
Before they can get too far away, Bidiu gets a strange reaction, and grows into a giant version of himself, that the girls see in the distance. Xiaohei saves Huang from getting stomped on and tells him to leave, which he does, loving Xiaohei even more. Once they’re alone, A-Gen makes a plan with Hei. Since A-Gen’s ice powers would hurt Bidiu, he uses the ice to get Xiaohei, lifting him to Bidiu’s head. Xiaohei climbs the giant Bidiu and jumps around its body until he can hit his head, knocking Bidiu out. After losing consciousness, Bidiu returns to his normal height. A-Gen captures the energies of the spirit Bidiu had eaten, and reveals to Xiaohei that the spirits were clones that A-Gen had put in the forest to protect it.
The girls soon arrive and Xiaobai grabs the sleeping Bidiu, terribly worried about him. A-Gen tells her that that’s what happens when Bidiu eats something he shouldn’t have, and that’s why keeping him as a pet is dangerous. The event has removed years of life from Bidiu. Despite her true feelings, Xiaobai ends accepting that they have to return Bidiu to the mountains.
In the post credits scene, Shanxin mentions that she doesn’t care if Xiaohei and Huang can’t have kitten, she now wants them to be together. In the city, Diting is still waiting in Xiaobai’s house…
